The structure of the transmission chain consists of an inner link and an outer link. It is composed of five small components: inner chain plate, outer chain plate, pin shaft, sleeve, and roller. The quality of the chain depends on the pin shaft and sleeve.
The transmission chain mainly includes: stainless steel chain, three types of chain types, self-lubricating chain, sealing ring chain, rubber chain, toothed chain, agricultural machinery chain, high-strength chain, side bending chain, escalator chain, motorcycle chain, clamping conveyor chain, hollow pin chain, and timing chain.
Stainless steel chain
The material of the parts is stainless steel, which is suitable for use in the food industry and environments susceptible to chemical and pharmaceutical corrosion. It can also be used in high and low temperature environments.
Three types of chains
All chains made of carbon steel materials can be surface treated, and the surface of the parts is treated with nickel, zinc, or chromium plating, which is suitable for outdoor rainwater erosion and other occasions, but cannot prevent the corrosion of concentrated chemical liquids.
Self lubricating chain
The parts are made of sintered metal soaked in lubricating oil, and the chain has excellent wear and corrosion resistance, no maintenance (maintenance free), and long service life. Widely used in situations with high stress, wear resistance requirements, and infrequent maintenance, such as automated production lines in the food industry, bicycle racing, and high-precision transmission machinery with minimal maintenance.
Sealing ring chain
An O-ring seal is installed between the inner and outer chain plates of the roller chain to prevent dust from entering and grease from flowing out of the hinge. The chain is strictly pre lubricated. Because chains have excellent components and reliable lubrication, they can be used in open transmissions such as motorcycles.
Rubber chain
This type of chain is made by adding a U-shaped attachment plate to the outer link of the A and B series chains. Sticking rubber (such as natural rubber NR, silicone rubber SI, etc.) to the attachment plate can increase wear resistance, reduce noise, and increase shock resistance. Used for conveying.
